Conditions for Sale


Prices are subject to alteration without notice and goods will be invoiced at the price ruling at the date of collection or despatch, as set by the seller.


Unless otherwise stated all weights mentioned in the seller's price list or on containers, indicate gross weight when packed. The seller's works weights, samples and analyses shall be deemed to be accepted by the buyer.


No liability shall fall on the seller from any injury, loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by the goods or by any act of omission herewith.

Terms of Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, net cash on or before 28 days from date of invoice. The seller reserves the right to demand payment at any time.


No guarantee can be given that the goods will be delivered at the time specified. Deliveries made by the seller are further subject to availability of transport.

Pass of Property and Risk

The property and risk in the goods shall pass to the buyer on delivery at the place of collection or delivery stated on the delivery note.

Notification of Non-Delivery, Loss or Damage to Goods

The buyer must advise the seller in writing within the following time limits:

a) Non-delivery of whole or any separate part of consignment - within ten days of despatch or date of invoice.

b) Partial loss or damage - within three days of date of delivery.

The seller shall not be responsible in any case for non-delivery, partial loss or damage unless the buyer complies with this condition.

Cancellation of Deliveries

If the buyer shall fail to make any payment due to the seller or shall have a receiving order made against him or enter into any composition or arrangement with his creditors or, being an incorporate company shall have a receiver appointed or shall pass a resolution for winding up, or if there shall be a breach by the buyer of any of these conditions of sale, the seller may without prejudice to his other rights or remedies cancel or refuse to make any further deliveries hereunder.

Title of Goods

This does not pass to the purchaser until the goods have been paid for, in full.
